This is the first time I tried making this dressing and it has brightened up my salads!
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1 2-oz. can anchovy filets in oil (add the oil)

Place these items in a blender and blend until smooth.

Now add:
1 slightly beaten egg
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 Tblsp. Lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup oil

Blend on medium speed until the dressing fully mixes and lightens in color.

This will create enough dressing for 8 servings of salad. It has a savory, Caesar flavor.

Enjoy!

Recipe based on a recipe served at the Indian Prairie Great Banquet.
